ESG-S: Social Factors

Social factors within ESG examine the organization's work environment and all other social impacts. Included are primarily the company's relationships with employees, elements of corporate social responsibility, remuneration and benefits, diversity or turnover, and other aspects of the relationship between the organization and society.

In the seminar we will focus on the issue of managing social factors in the enterprise and discuss in detail the link between social factors and reporting according to ESRS.

Course content:

The significance of “S” – work environment and social impacts
Benefits and impacts of managing social factors in an organization
Corporate culture and employee care (benefits, health and safety, intergenerational approaches, diversity, status of women in the organization, etc.)
Work-life balance – balancing work and personal life
Impact of the organization on the community, cooperation with stakeholders
Data collection and measurement of social factors, setting key goals and indicators
Reporting of social factors according to ESRS
Practical examples, tips, discussion
