Benchmarking
Benchmarking is the process of measuring the performance of a company's products, services, or financial statements against other businesses considered the best in the industry.
By analyzing the best companies, identifying what enables above-average performance or profitability, and comparing it with how our business operates, all of this can provide a guide on what to improve or change.

Our approach to benchmarking
Together we will select 10-15 of your competitors or companies that inspire you and try to better identify your strengths and weaknesses. We analyze financial statements as well as non-financial areas, and we can find information about both domestic and foreign firms.
The result is not only what we see, but especially recommendations on what to change and how to do it, for example within the company's change management.
Linking financial and non-financial analysis
Carbon footprint analysis, for example, beautifully demonstrates the connection between a company's non-financial and financial analysis. The carbon footprint mirrors cost calculation and insufficient data in financial management, and product pricing is something we are happy to help with.
Our experience
We have more than 20 years of experience analyzing financial institutions, we are strong in the automotive sector, energy, and we also advise non‑manufacturing companies.
